When you call the GreenCleanTeam to discuss your cleaning needs, we will establish an appropriate rate for the cleaning of your residence, based on the size of your home and your individual expectations.

Most homes, however, fall into one of the following price categories:

Bachelor/One Bathroom

One Bedroom/One Bathroom
$85.00
Two Bedrooms/One Bathroom
$100.00
Two Bedrooms/Two Bathrooms
$115.00
Three Bedrooms/One or Two Bathrooms
$130.00
Apartments, Flats, and Condominiums on two levels
(regardless of number of bedrooms and bathrooms)
Add $25 to above rates

HOUSES AND TOWNHOUSES

 

Standard House

 

$130.00
Large House
$195.00

The majority of our clients can be accommodated at the 'Standard House' rate.
Generally, a Standard House is one which does not exceed:
  • Two Levels
  • Three Bedrooms/Two Bathrooms
  • Kitchen/Livingroom/Diningroom
  • No Additional Rooms
  • Clients with larger houses can usually be accommodated at the 'Large House' rate.
    Establishing an exact rate for a Large House, however, requires a discussion with our office.

    $20 per hour


    Please be prepared for some upward or downward adjustment of these rates,

    based on a thorough discussion of your home and your needs.
